Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the StemSplitPro app (“the App”), published by Aaron Hampton (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using the App

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use StemSplitPro on Macs you own or control, for your own personal or professional use, subject to these Terms and to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your content and your rights

StemSplitPro only works with audio that you provide. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use any song or audio file you import, and to use the stems you create from it. Do not use the App to process material you do not own or do not have permission to use. The stems you create are yours.

Purchases

Separating and previewing stems is free. Exporting is unlocked with a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before you buy. There is no subscription.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies and are made through Apple, not through us.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
