This Privacy Policy explains how the StemSplitPro app (“the App”), published by Aaron Hampton (“we”, “us”), handles your information. The short version: StemSplitPro does its work on your Mac and does not collect your music.

What StemSplitPro does with your audio

All stem separation, preview, and export happen entirely on your Mac. The songs and audio files you open in StemSplitPro are never uploaded to us or to any third party. We have no access to your music library or to the stems you create.

Information we do not collect

StemSplitPro does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, or location, and we do not sell or share personal data — because we never collect it in the first place.

Purchases

The one-time purchase that unlocks exporting is processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive aggregate, anonymized sales information from Apple, such as how many purchases were made. We do not receive your name or your payment details.

Diagnostics

StemSplitPro includes no analytics and no crash reporting of its own. If you choose to share analytics with developers in your Mac’s privacy settings, Apple may provide us with anonymized crash and usage data to help us fix bugs. This data is not linked to your identity. You can turn it off at any time in System Settings, under Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements.

This website

The StemSplitPro website uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that count page views without tracking individuals or building advertising profiles.

Children

StemSplitPro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
